“Everyday” and "Wayfinder" Collections
Items from the “Everyday” and “Wayfinder” collections may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Free from signs of use, damage, or alterations
- Engraved pieces are final sale
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipments will be sent to a PO Box address, which will be provided once your return request has been approved.
The "Passage" Storytelling Heirloom Pieces
Our Passage Storytelling Heirloom pieces are custom made and created with intention. Because of the nature of these pieces, they are not eligible for a standard refund.
We offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your product.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
