·     Everyday and Wayfinder Collection pieces - returnable for refund within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

·    Passage pieces - exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is made to order, returns for refund aren't possible.

·     Engraved pieces - final sale.

·     All earrings - final sale, for hygiene reasons.

Passage and Everyday pieces are made in solid 14k and 10k yellow or white gold. Wayfinder Collection pieces are made in sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil.

Lab-grown diamonds in our investment Passage pieces. Black moissanite in select pieces. Premium cubic zirconia in the more accessible Wayfinder Collection editions. Every stone is chosen for both beauty and how it sits with the design - not just by price point.

Solid gold is forgiving - sleep, shower, and swim in it without worry. To keep its shine, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and store in the pouch your piece arrived in so it doesn't tangle with other jewelry. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and chlorine where possible - not because it will damage the metal, but because it dulls the surface over time.

This is the one that matters most. Cut is what gives a diamond its life - its fire, its sparkle, the way it catches light across a room. A well-cut diamond will outshine a larger, poorly cut one every time. Look for a grade of Excellent or Very Good from GIA or AGS, and don't compromise here.

Graded from D (completely colourless) to Z (a visible yellow tint). The secret most people don't know: G–J appears white to the naked eye, sits beautifully in yellow or rose gold, and costs meaningfully less than a D-F stone that only a trained eye could tell apart.

Every diamond has natural inclusions - small internal markings from its formation. Clarity is graded from Flawless to Included. A VS1 or VS2 diamond is typically eye-clean, meaning those inclusions are invisible without magnification, while still saving you considerably over a flawless stone.

This measures weight, not size - and it's the one place a small shift makes a big difference to price. A diamond just under a round number, like 0.90ct instead of 1.00ct, looks nearly identical to the eye and is priced noticeably lower.
